Energy Efficient Sustainable Building ALAROX Property Group understands the importance of reducing green house emissions. All of our developments encompass the latest energy efficient designs and appliances. We also actively research new green products to ensure the latest technology can be incorporated in each project. In order to further our environmental commitment, we have engaged a specialist team to assess all of our internal processes, and to make recommendations to assist us to meet our target to become carbon neutral through the offsetting of carbon emissions.

We have established our very own Environmental Committee that has the role of educating our staff and subcontractors about our goals. Examples of initiatives we have already undertaken include streamlining our processes in order to minimise and recycle building and office waste, and committing to include water and energy efficient appliances and fittings in all of our homes as standard. We believe that by driving environmentally friendly initiatives over time and remaining committed to our goals as a Green Builder, we can achieve a greener future for all to enjoy.
